two of my favorite things and together they make me so happy. that’s why i’m planning a wine and cheese happy hour this month.
of course i’ve done lots of research – sampling wines & cheeses isn’t for everyone. luckily its for me. whatever i need to do to make the party a success, right?
i only hope my party looks half as stunning as this one.
i’m planning to offer one white and one red wine. and i’m thinking about 4 cheeses. don’t worry, i haven’t forgotten the fixings: nuts, breads, fruits, and something sweet. perhaps red velvet cupcakes? i might even take up a notch to turn them into favors, i simply adore this idea.
I forgot to tell you – I tried to place an order through my work to get some wines to you and some ASA ladies, and found that they don’t ship to VA! I was shocked – there are few states that don’t allow shipping via USPS/UPS :( Boo.

If you’ve never had Hoffman’s white swiss definitely give it a try. It’s a smoked cheese and it’s great!
